Children's birthdays in Romuva

We invite you to celebrate children's birthdays at the "Romuva" cinema center. You can choose one of four programs - a private film screening, the educational workshop "Animation Laboratory", "Cinema Illusion" or "Animation Workshop from scratch". Each program is accompanied by games led by an educator and sitting at the dinner table.

Reservations are accepted no later than 2 weeks before the planned event.

Watching the selected movie in the cinema hall

By choosing this program, you will have the opportunity to feel like the real owners of the movie theater. A private movie screening with friends, in a chamber hall that can accommodate up to 45 people. You can choose a movie from a wide repertoire for children and young people. Surprise your anniversary and friends with a video greeting - by agreement, we can show your personal video up to 5 minutes. duration video greeting on the big screen, and create a festive atmosphere by playing games. After the movie, all guests are welcome in the educational classroom, where you can prepare a dinner table (up to 1 hour).

You can also choose movies "I learn from the cinema" repertoire.

Education "Animation Laboratory"

During this program, we will invite everyone to an education class, where we will get to know the Starevičius dolls living in "Romuva" - a stag and a ladybug. Together with them, we will travel through the history of puppet animation and the creation of animation. The birthday party and guests, with the help of the educator, will create a short animated film using the stop-motion technique. After the education, all guests are invited to stay for the dinner table (up to 1 hour).

Education "Cinema Illusion"

Romuva invites you to celebrate your birthday by discovering the magical devices of cinematic illusion. We offer the opportunity to get acquainted with the thaumatrope, zoetrope, praxinoscope, try them out and create a short story on the tapes yourself, which, with the help of the praxinoscope, will be reborn into short films. It is a program full of emotion and wonder that interests both children and adults. After the education, all guests are invited to stay for the dinner table (up to 1 hour).

Education "Animation workshop from scratch"

Animation software for real filmmakers. By choosing this education, the birthday guests will create animated greetings for the anniversary. They will learn what is the technique of making stop-motion films, and they will make cartoon characters and decorations from paper and plasticine. This is an opportunity to create an exclusive, playful and never-before-seen greeting that the anniversary will be able to keep for a lifetime. After the education, all guests are invited to stay for the dinner table (up to 1 hour).
