When the violin breaks down, the bear Ernest and the mouse Celestina travel to the exotic Sharadija, a country where not only the best musicians of the world live, but also because of the music playing there, there is always joy in the air. Upon reaching their destination, Ernest and Celestina are greeted by unexpected news - music has been banned here for years! Ernest and Celestina can't imagine life without music, so together with their friends and a mysterious masked criminal, they have to do their best to bring happiness back to the land of bears.
