Every year in the Westman Islands, off the southern coast of Iceland, a big soccer tournament for children takes place. This year, ten-year-old Jonas, who goes to the competition with his team, rediscovers himself and takes on more responsibility. An adventurous soccer tournament turns into a dramatic rescue mission where they try to save the leader of the opposing team from his father. Jon and Ivar, great enemies on the court, have to go on a long dramatic, emotional journey to discover a sincere and true friendship. The friends will have to grow up faster than they expected, both physically and spiritually.
