Charismatic factory owner Blank (Javier Bardem) lives in tension as he desires the best local business award. Everything has to be perfect! However, the illusion of a perfect company is fading - Blank has to deal with a vengeful fired worker, a depressed manager and an ambitious intern who is infatuated with him. A good boss shamelessly interferes in the personal lives of subordinates and crosses all possible limits, causing a chain reaction and unintended consequences.
