Living large

"Live Bravely" is an animated film by Czech director Kristina Dufková, based on the book by French writer Mikaël Ollivier. It has received acclaim and been nominated at prestigious animation film festivals.

The main character is 12-year-old Ben Pipetka, a witty and friendly boy who loves music and cooking. He lives with his mother, raises a monkey and loves delicious food more than anything in the world. However, after the summer, everything changes - his classmates seem "cooler", and Ben becomes a target of bullying because of his weight. In order to please the girl of his dreams, Clara, he decides to go on a diet.
Ben's journey is full of challenges - he faces bullying, a failed first love, and a search for himself. But in the end, he realizes that true self-confidence does not depend on appearance, but most importantly - accepting yourself as you are.

A warm and inspiring story encourages you not to give up, learn to love yourself, and bravely face life's challenges.
