If you have purchased an electronic ticket, it will be enough for you to present its digital version on your mobile phone, tablet or other smart device. If you bought the ticket at the cinema box office, you need to have the original paper version of the ticket. 

A ticket with a discount can only be used by a person who meets the description of the discount. It is not possible to pre-pay and change the ticket to a full-price option.

Places for events are not reserved.

The online ticketing system reserves the seats chosen by the viewer for 20 minutes after initiating the purchase of tickets, so that they are not sold twice. If your order failed, but you want to purchase the places you had selected, you will have to wait 20 minutes and try again.

Yes, the tickets you bought are not nominal, they can be used by all people who meet the age limit of the film-event and the requirements of the purchased ticket category (if the ticket price is discounted, the participant must meet the description of the group of buyers for this price).

If all the seats are dark gray when the hall plan is opened, it is not possible to purchase a ticket because all the seats are occupied. Most of the time, in this case, the system does not provide information that the session is sold out, because there are still free places for wheelchairs. 

If the system does not allow you to choose a seat in the hall, all seats are dark gray, and you will not be able to purchase a ticket at the ticket office either, because there are no free seats.

No, we sell only as many seats to events as our halls can accommodate. There are no additional seats in the sessions that are not visible on the hall plan.

No. Tickets for outdoor movie screenings can be purchased online and at the cinema box office (during its opening hours). Physical tickets are not sold at the entrance to the outdoor cinema screening area.

Yes, "Romuva" has different programs of creative activities and organizes screenings of educational films for classes of students of various ages. Free events:

Free sessions for seniors are usually held on the first Friday of the month (unless this time is reserved for other events, in which case the session would be rescheduled). Tickets can be picked up at the cinema box office (during its working hours) from the announcement of the event until its start or until all seats are sold. 

Romuva organizes free movie screenings for seniors every month. Free screenings also take place during various city holidays and commemorations. Yes, you can purchase gift vouchers both at the cinema box office, where you will be issued a paper version, and online, where you will purchase a digital version. When a gift voucher expires, it becomes inactive. The time of the gift voucher is not extendable. 

The coupon can be exchanged for any already announced screening or event whose tickets are sold by Kaunas Cinema Center "Romuva". The event can take place even after your gift voucher has already expired, but you must complete the act of redeeming the voucher before the end of its last day of validity.

The Romuva gift voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of its purchase. The expiration date of the coupon is indicated on the coupon itself.

Yes, a gift voucher can be redeemed at the cinema box office by showing a paper or digital version of it.

A Romuva coupon can be purchased for 12 euros. (equivalent to two full-price tickets to a movie theater) or for 14 eur. (equivalent to two full-price tickets to an outdoor cinema).

If you do not use the entire amount of the gift voucher with one purchase, you can use it again during the next order, where the remaining amount of the voucher will be deducted from the required amount.
