Jacob lives in a big city and loves to draw buildings. He dreams of one day becoming a city architect like his dad. When Jakub's father goes on a business trip, the boy goes to his cousin Mimi for a whole week. Only after arriving at Mimi's house in the suburb of Maskachka, Jakub learns that a skyscraper will soon sprout in place of the wonderful park. The children decide to prevent these constructions. It turns out that they can only do this with the help of talking dogs.
