Anne Frank wrote her famous diary to her imaginary friend Kita. One day, Kitė comes to life in Anna's house-museum in Amsterdam, and while reading the diary, the girl begins to have memories. Not hesitating that Anna is alive - because she herself is alive - Kitė sets out to look for her. She travels across Europe and back to Anna's time, guided by her precious book and the desire to find her beloved friend.
