Tillsammans 99 unfolds an extraordinary narrative that weaves a fascinating thread of travel past and present. Back in 99 life in the commune known as "Drauge" was full of color and adventure, but by 1975 this once-rich community had dwindled considerably, with only two members remaining: Göran and Klasse.
Heart-wrenching nostalgia reminds them of the times when they were part of a larger family. But the road to the past is rarely straight, and meeting old friends can be decisive. Will the friendship stand the test of time? Or maybe the passing years have already irreversibly weakened their ties? The film "Drauge 99" (Tillsammans 99) tries not only to reflect the past, but also to prove that even after many years, real connections and sincere relationships between people remain strong and unchanged.
The film is one of the highlights of the Scandinavia Day in Kaunas 2024. Kaunas City Municipality (since 2019) organizes a series of events every spring, inviting citizens to delve into the world of Scandinavian culture, partnerships, music, art and sports, and thus aims to reveal how much Scandinavian spirit is hidden in our everyday life.
